LVD at FABTECH 2014 - Stand B3103

With the theme "Take the Lead" LVD will exhibit at FABTECH, North America's largest metal forming, fabricating, welding and finishing event. Featuring its latest and most advanced sheet metalworking solutions for bending, laser cutting and punching along with software, LVD offers process integration solutions from an electronic part to production planning and in-process quality assurance.

Representing LVD's punch press range at FABTECH is the latest Strippit PX 1530. With the combination of punching, forming, bending and tapping in a single machine complete work piece processing, including complex, three-dimensional parts is achieved.

Featured from our laser cutting range is the Sirius 3015 Plus CO2 laser equipped with Adaptive Laser Cutting (ALC) technology. By using continuous feedback, ALC increases productivity and assures quality by monitoring and regulating laser power, speed and assist gas pressure, instantly. The Sirius is also equipped with an automatic nozzle changer. As materials and thicknesses change throughout the production day, the machine will select, clean and align the suitable nozzle for each and every job.

LVD's latest bending technology at FABTECH includes the ToolCell 135/30, LVD's innovative press brake with an integrated tool changing system that significantly reduces press brake set up time. The Dyna-Press, LVD's super compact press brake is ideal for the bending of small and simple parts.

LVD invites FABTECH visitors to discover the new features of the latest version of CADMAN® offline programming software. LVD's software presentations at FABTECH invite visitors to experience ‘Art to Part 2.0'. CADMAN is an integrated, PC-based CAD/CAM system operating in a Windows® environment. CADMAN's automatic functions simplify programming and increase the productivity and flexibility of the sheet metal fabrication process. Integration of production processes further improves efficiency. LVD also offers the module CADMAN-JOB, software that helps users analyze and optimize their workshop's throughput.

The LVD Group is a leading manufacturer of a comprehensive range of sheet metal/plate working machine tools and software solutions, including laser cutting systems, punch presses, press brakes, guillotine shears and mid-level automation systems, integrated and supported by its CADMAN® PC-based Windows® compatible software.
