LIA Announces 2009 Board of Directors


(Orlando, FL, January 27, 2009) - Laser Institute of America (LIA) announced the 2009 Officers and 2009-2011 Members of the Board of Directors during the LIA's 2008 Annual Meeting & Awards Luncheon. The meeting took place at the 27th International Congress on Applications of Lasers and Electro-Optics (ICALEO®) on Wednesday, October 22, 2008.

Voting proved to be especially close this year, with many qualified professionals in the running. The results of the election are as follows:

2009 Officers:
