Leviton Introduces Compact Battery Operated DMX Tester Functionality in a Compact Box That Fits in a Briefcase
Little Neck, NY, December 8, 2006 - Leviton introduces the DMXSM-TST, a compact, battery-operated DMX tester which combines multiple input and output modes for receiving DMX signal information and generating DMX output signals. The DMX tester is ideal for system troubleshooting and DMX cable testing and verification. It features an "auto-fade" automated output level function as well as a channel chase output mode. All channel levels are displayed in either percent (%) or hex values.
The DMX tester includes an LCD background light that economizes on power and further extends battery life. When idle for more than five minutes, the device will automatically enter sleep mode. Its compact footprint easily fits in a standard size briefcase for easy portability.
