Leviton Appoints Choi Country Manager for Korean Operations
Leviton to Extend Presence to Korean Market
Little Neck, NY, April 14, 2009 - Leviton is pleased to announce the appointment of James Choi to the position of Country Manager for Korea. Based in Seoul, Choi will develop the infrastructure, market development relationships and resources to build a remote sales channel for the company's extensive line of residential, commercial and industrial, lighting management systems and network solutions products throughout Korea.
Choi arrives at Leviton with impressive credentials and more than twelve years prior sales management experience. His background includes positions in the structured cabling and electronics industries, where he was involved in direct sales, channel and team sales management. Most recently, Choi worked as a sales manager for Panduit Corporation, where he helped establish its Korean operations through relationships with high profile leaders in the datacom and electronics industries. He also worked as an assistant manager in the Electronic Wire and Cable Group of LS Cable, where he helped transact prominent sales volumes with large international electronics manufacturers.
