Lauren Manufacturing Hires Shift Supervisor
NEW PHILADELPHIA, Ohio — Lauren Manufacturing, a full-service provider of standard and custom extruded and molded sealing-solutions, has appointed Shane Kanouff to the position of Shift Supervisor.
Under the supervision of Halle Norris, VP of Operations, Kanouff will be responsible for overseeing production, scheduling employees and implementing improvements relevant to production.
Prior to Lauren Manufacturing, Kanouff was employed for 16 years with Zhongding USA. His last 12 years at Zhongding, Kanouff was a production supervisor. He trained new employees, scheduled, managed kaizen events and troubleshot production issues. Kanouff currently resides in New Philadelphia with his wife, Kim, two sons – Dustin and Kane, and daughter, Darian.
