L-com Launches Economy-Series USB Cable Assemblies
NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. – L-com Global Connectivity, a preferred manufacturer of wired and wireless connectivity products, announced today that it has developed a new line of economically priced USB 2.0 cable assemblies.
The new CGU2AB-series cables were developed to address applications where a lower cost cabling solution is required. Although the CGU2AB-series feature a lower price point than L-com's other USB cable lines, they are manufactured, tested and verified to meet USB 2.0 standards.
"Our new economy-series USB cables were developed to address our customers' requests for a high performance cable at a lower price," said Steve Smith, Product Manager. "The CGU2AB-series offer one of the better designs on the market for the price," continued Smith.
The CGU2AB-series cables feature braided shielding to protect against EMI/RFI, 28 AWG power conductors and molded back shells for durability and long life.
