Komatsu Quarry Days Demo Site Grand Opening

Komatsu America Corp. officially opened this year's Quarry Days with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the company's state-of-the-art Cartersville Training Facility and Demo Site in Cartersville, Georgia on Monday, November 13. Key Komatsu executives and local dignitaries were on hand for the ceremony. Komatsu Quarry Days ran through November 17 and gave professionals in a variety of construction industries the opportunity to learn about and test the latest advances in construction equipment and technologies.

Product experts were on hand to answer questions and to walk attendees through the finer points of each machine. Fifteen of Komatsu's latest machines, including excavators, dozers, wheel loaders, trucks and graders will be featured and available for operation at Quarry Days.

"This was an excellent opportunity for us to personally connect with Komatsu's valued distributors and customers in a unique setting," said Erik Wilde, Director of Marketing for Komatsu America Corp. "By simulating multiple applications, customers experienced firsthand how Komatsu's equipment can increase productivity for their business and how our technology can support them in the real world."
