“I’m excited to leverage my knowledge of technology in a connected world to make Key’s service and support a seamless experience for customers. Earlier this year, Key introduced its new online service desk with easy access to track and search support tickets and its online portal for up-to-date technical manuals. I’m here to help take Key’s service to the next level,” said Unterseher. “I’m proud to focus my energy on important initiatives that are designed to maximize customer satisfaction.”
