KC ROBOTICS, INC., an industrial robotics solution company, announced sweeping personnel and organizational changes designed to posture the company for future growth.

Crystal Vezey, recently hired Business and HR Manager, made this announcement:

"In an effort to better support our customers with improved efficiencies and accountabilities, we have realigned our organization into three departments:
Administrative Services, Sales/Marketing/Business Development, and Operations. Over the course of 2012, we will lay the ground-work for a performance-driven organizational culture focused on results and contributions."

As part of the reorganization, the company implemented the following personnel changes:

Paul Carrier, named the Operations Manager, will oversee complete operations of the refurbishment, robotic parts, and integration services, as well warehouse and inventory processes. Paul also works closely with the Sales Department in preparing customer quotations.

Jerry Schrott has been named the Project/Service Manager. Jerry has been with KC Robotics since January 2006, serving as a Robot Technician, Programmer, and Project Manager.

Dwayne Smith has been promoted to Shop Supervisor. Dwayne has served as a Robotics Technician and Welding Specialist with KC Robotics since June 2007.

Bob Dalley joined KC Robotics in December 2011 as the Great Lakes Account Manager. Bob's knowledge of the automotive industry in Michigan will be an asset to the company's plans for expansion into new areas and products.

In 2011, KC Robotics expanded into the field of new robot sales and integration as a KUKA System Partner. This month they worked out an agreement with Yaskawa Motoman Robotics to become a Motoman Strategic Partner. KC Robotics Inc., incorporated in 1990, is a single source for industrial robotic products and services. Products include robot parts, used robots, rebuilds, new KUKA and MOTOMAN robots, robotic field service, and robotic integration. The company is located in a 20,000 square foot facility in Fairfield, Ohio.
