Kai Warn to Leave Seco Tools

After six years as President and CEO of Seco Tools, Kai Warn has accepted to assume the position as partner at IK Investment Partners. Kai Warn will remain in his current position until end of the year.
"Kai has implemented major changes and investments in the company and built a solid platform for a continued growth of the business. He has also managed the company through the financial crisis 2009 without making any losses. We wish him all the best in his future challenges", says the Chairman of the Board Anders Ilstam.
The Board of Directors will begin the work to find his successor immediately.
