Juki to Display Top of the Line Machines at This Year's SMTA International in Orlando

MORRISVILLE, NC - Juki Automation Systems, Inc., a world-leading provider of automated assembly products and part of Juki Corporation, announces that it will exhibit the FSW510 Selective Solder machine and the KE1080 Placement machine in booth #245 at the upcoming SMTA International Conference and Expo, scheduled to take place Tuesday October 16 and Wednesday, October 17, 2012 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel in Orlando, FL.

The FlexSolder W510 (FS W510) is the traditional mini-wave soldering module with board sizes up to 510mm x 510mm. As with previous mini-wave soldering machines from JUKI, the W510 is able to handle dual mini-waves for simultaneous or individual use. The advantage of individual use is having the ability to solder closer than 1mm to other SMD, but also being able to solder large connectors or other devices without the need for changing nozzle sizes. This is done automatically during production. No other machine in this market has this ability.

Also at the show will be the KE1080- the latest high-speed flexible placement mounter in the best-selling JUKI KE series family, featuring high end performance at an affordable price. The placement head is four nozzles with LNC60 laser alignment and one high precision placement head. Some of its features include high precision, superior versatility, dual XY drive system, high productivity and user-friendly basic design.

Juki's products will also be on display at the Package on Package (PoP) Center also in the exhibit hall.
