BIO Announces Jamie Gregorian to Join as Director, Federal Government Relations



WASHINGTON--Today, the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO) announces that Jamie Gregorian will be joining staff as Director, Federal Government Relations.



“Jamie’s experience on the Hill and knowledge of health care issues will be an enormous asset to our staff and the overall biopharmaceutical industry.”

Gregorian comes to BIO after five years with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS). Jamie was AAOS' Senior Manager, Government Relations and Specialties where he worked on a variety of health-related issues and oversaw all advocacy efforts related to judiciary matters, medical research, defense, appropriations, and subspecialty interests.



Prior to joining AAOS, Jamie was a contract lobbyist, and before that a longtime Democratic political consultant.



Gregorian is a native of Boston, a graduate of James Madison University and George Mason University School of Law, and is licensed to practice law in California. He lives in the District of Columbia with his wife Stephanie and their daughters Lily and Ava.
