James Rogowski Named Managing Director,TRUMPF CANADA
FARMINGTON, Conn., June 25, 2008 - James Rogowski has been appointed Managing
Director of TRUMPF CANADA. TRUMPF Inc. recently acquired the remaining shares of
Advanced Fabricating Machinery which serves the Canadian Market as a sales and
spare parts facility for TRUMPF products. Rogowski will be responsible for managing
the day to day operations and all sales and service activity in Canada. He will report
directly to Rolf Biekert, President and CEO of TRUMPF Inc.
Rogowski began his TRUMPF career in 1998 as an applications engineer in the punch
product sales department. He has served the company in various positions during his 10
years with TRUMPF, most recently as product manager of 2D laser machines and
automation.
Rogowski will relocate to the Toronto area with his wife and daughter and will officially assume his new position on July 1, 2008.
