J. J. Keller Hires Editorial Manager - HR

Neenah, WI - J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. recently hired Jill Szamocki, SPHR, as Editorial Manager for Human Resources (publications).
Szamocki will manage the Human Resources Publishing Department and serve as the primary editorial liaison for cross-functional teams in the human resources market.
She brings more than 20 years of progressive strategic and leadership experience in human resource management. Most recently, she worked with Integrys Energy Group, where she developed and implemented comprehensive HR strategies for business units. Prior to that, she was an employee relations manager with Georgia-Pacific Corporation and a human resources manager with Western Publishing Company. Szamocki also worked for Micros Systems, a Westinghouse subsidiary that developed point-of-sale electronics, and held several specialized HR positions with Exxon Mobil Corporation.
Szamocki received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, and her Masters of Arts in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota. She has earned the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification.
