International Packaging Systems GmbH at the Interpack 2011

Consultancy for optimum integral solution

Crailsheim. IPS International Packaging Systems GmbH based in Crailsheim in Germany will be at the interpack 2011 with a new and distinctive package of engineering services relating to every aspect of the production and packaging process. The services on offer can be requested individually and adjusted to suit the current state of the machines or the existing requirement situation. The aim is to permit manufacturers to optimise their plant and machinery only as and when required with the support of an experienced impartial advisory service. IPS will be present at the interpack in Düsseldorf from 12 - 18 May 2011 at the joint stand of Gerhard Schubert GmbH in Hall 14, Stand A06/B11.

IPS has put together a carefully configured range of five differently graded service packages: The portfolio encompasses everything from the comprehensive turn-key partnership through to the development of different solution concepts (Engineering Consulting), the assumption of the overall project realisation (Project Management) as well as consulting and other services designed for instance to reduce the energy consumption or enhance the efficiency of an existing line (Line Optimisation). And for lines supplied by IPS itself, if required the company can also provide support services over the entire life of the equipment (Life Cycle Partnering).

As a supplier-independent general contractor, IPS is able to draw on expertise from over three decades of practical experience in the planning, engineering and implementation of turnkey packaging lines. An array of prestigious reference projects in sectors including pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, confectionery, non-food, food and pet food through to the beverage industry and beyond testify to the broad range of the company's industry-specific expertise.

As manufacturers are forced to continuously adapt their product ranges to changing demands, what they need are precisely aligned, rapidly available services tailored to address the current changes in the marketplace. Aware of this demand, IPS decided to devise a new advisory services portfolio independently of its capacity as a fully responsible general contractor.

Visitors to the show will also have the opportunity to get familiarised with the new high-tech way of pasteurisation - "Micropast". This is a new, innovative process for the preparation of ready meals and menu components which not only takes optimum care of the prepared dishes but also with very energy efficient. Using microwave technology, menu components can be simultaneously cooked and pasteurised. More information is available at www.ips-packaging.com.
