Omnico and inStream partnership provides innovative way for retailers to drive sales and build customer loyalty after the sale

DULUTH, Ga. – Omnico Group today announced inStream has selected its Agile Data software as a core component of inStream's new Interactive Digital eReceipts marketing solution. In addition, inStream has teamed with Omnico's Point-of-Sale (POS) development group to add the necessary cashier, consumer, and technology interfaces to inStream's specifications.

By taking this special approach, inStream's Interactive Digital eReceipts solution not only builds a retailer's email and mobile phone database as it enhances targeting accuracy, it also enables retailers to place personalized messaging or digital coupons within a customer's eReceipts email. Customers can then be directed to web destinations of the retailer's choice such as an ecommerce site, social media page, or to print a coupon to take back to the store.

inStream originally considered two options for the development of their solution: in-house development or third-party partners with existing tools - such as Omnico Group.
