Innovative and Realistic Gaumard Adult, Pediatric and Neonatal Simulators to be Showcased at the American Heart Association Scientific Sessions 2015

Company to Demonstrate its AHA CPR/ECC Guideline-Compliant Simulators

MIAMI - Gaumard® Scientific Company today announced that it will provide demonstrations of its innovative HAL patient simulators and Newborn Tory at the American Heart Association Scientific Sessions 2015 from Nov. 8-10 in Orlando, Fla. Gaumard's large-scale product display will be located at exhibit booth 1264.

Gaumard will showcase its HAL® S3201 Advanced Tetherless Patient Simulator, Pedi HAL® S3004 Tetherless 1-Year Pediatric Simulator, and Newborn Tory™, the world's only neonatal simulator with real EtCO(2) capabilities. These high fidelity simulators are designed to be consistent with the recently released 2015 CPR/ECC guidelines.  Furthermore, tetherless simulators allow full mobility during CPR and ECC training scenarios.  Gaumard's tetherless technology places the communications, compressor, and power supply components inside the simulator body, eliminating the need for external tubes, wires and compressors. This design innovation enables the most realistic, flexible training scenarios possible.

John Eggert, Gaumard's executive vice president, said, "Our focus is to provide our users with the most complete and realistic simulation experience available. We've designed both our high-fidelity tetherless simulators and our skill trainers to be exceptional CPR and ECC training aides.  Our sophisticated simulators are not only consistent with the just released 2015 CPR and ECC guidelines, they are also highly innovative and intricate down to the last detail.  Our entire simulator family, including adults, pediatric, and newborn, feature maximum functionality from tetherless technology to fully realistic airway anatomies and chest recoil. This advanced technology allows a care provider to diagnose and treat using actual monitoring and resuscitation equipment."
