Industrial Scientific Announces Organizational Changes


PITTSBURGH, PA USA - 02 Feb 2007 - Industrial Scientific Corporation is pleased to announce the following organizational changes to support the growing organization.

Martin Lutzen has been promoted to the position of Manager, Sales and Marketing for Industrial Scientific Asia Pacific (ISCAP). In this position, Martin will be responsible for managing the ISCAP sales, service, product management and marketing functions. Martin joined Industrial Scientific in October 2006 as Regional Sales Manager for the northern Asia region. Prior to that, he served in sales and marketing management positions at BF Goodrich Specialty Chemicals in Hong Kong and Raychem Corporation in San Diego. Martin holds a master of business administration degree with a specialty in marketing and international business from San Diego State University and a bachelor's degree in engineering sciences from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Effective today, Michael Sullivan has been promoted to the position of Regional Sales Manager, Australia & New Zealand for ISCAP. In this position, Michael will assume responsibility for managing and growing Industrial Scientific's sales and distribution network in that region. Michael has been employed in various sales positions at Industrial Scientific for the past nine years. Most recently, he held the position of Sales Manager, Integrated Systems in one of largest sales territories covered by ISCAP.

Stephen Chen has been promoted to the position of Engineering Manager for ISCAP. In this position, Stephen will be responsible for managing new product development projects. He joined Industrial Scientific as a Mechanical Engineer in August 2000. Stephen has a bachelor's degree in mechanical design and manufacturing from Shanghai Jiaotong University. Prior to joining Industrial Scientific, Stephen worked for three years with Shanghai Automobile Industry Corporation, SAIC.
