On January 24, 2010, Industrial Custom Products, Minneapolis, Minnesota was awarded the 2010 Polaris Industries Award of Excellence and became the first company to ever win this Award five years in a row. This 2010 Award was given by Polaris Industries to only three suppliers who achieved top performance in all three of these areas:
o Delivery - 99% or Better On-Time-Delivery
o Quality - Achieving a reject rate of 100 parts per million or less
o Cost Reduction - Implementing cost reductions meeting or exceeding the annual cost reduction standards
