Illinois Material Handling Acquires Scott Lift Truck


Brookfield, WI - Otto J. Wolter, CEO of Wolter Group, announced that Illinois Material Handling, a division of the company, has acquired Scott Lift Truck. Founded in 1972, Scott Lift Truck is a full service material handling solutions dealership located in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Its staff, including nine maintenance and repair technicians, will join Illinois Material Handling.

The Scott Lift Truck executive management team will assume positions with Illinois Material Handling. Loren Swakow will serve as branch manager. Scott Swakow assumes the position of regional sales manager and Denise Bridges will serve as operations manager.
