IFTS Enters the Test Stand Business for SAE J 1488, ISO 16332
How did IFTS get into the test stand business? Over the years clients have asked us to build them a stand similar to the ones we use ourselves in our Liquid Filtration Testing Laboratory. Having a test stand developed and manufactured by the scientists and engineers that use them offers our clients a special advantage that not many others can claim. We use the stands we build.
As a long standing member of several ISO, ASTM, SAE filtration standardization committees we have a unique and up to date understanding of what is needed today as well as what will be required tomorrow. IFTS assures superior quality and service. Prior to receipt of a stand, many clients visit our lab to perfect their techniques and learn about new approaches and testing protocol. They receive on site instruction and support. This makes the difference.

SAE J 1488 - ISO 16332 - ISO 4020 §6.5
This is a fuel water separation test stand (flow rate range: 50-900 L/h), usually used by 1st tier filter manufacturers in the automotive industry.
