IAPMO Report Confirms Improved R-Value for Icynene MD-C-200
Leading spray foam manufacturer, Icynene, is pleased to announce that IAPMO's Uniform Evaluation Service has issued a UES Evaluation Report (ER-0255) for Icynene MD-C-200 in meeting code requirements.
The Evaluation Report confirms a tested R-value of 6.75 per inch of the medium-density, closed- cell spray foam at four inches (4"). This means three inches (3") would achieve R20.
The UES Evaluation Report allows for the specification and installation of the spray foam product by industry professionals including architects, contractors, specifiers, designers as well as provides code officials with a concise summary of the product's attributes and code compliance.
