Web Conferencing to Be Available to 75% of Corporate Users by 2010
PHOENIX, May 25 / -- iLinc Communications, Inc. (AMEX:ILC), developers of Web conferencing software and audio conferencing solutions, today announced that it has been positioned in the "Visionaries" quadrant in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Web Conferencing, 2007.(1)
According to Gartner, "We evaluated the completeness of vision by looking at how the products align with how users want to use and buy them. To evaluate vendors' marketing and product strategies, we looked at how they position their products and whether the products adequately address the chosen positioning. Flexibility to support SaaS and on-premise deployment was rated higher than a strategy of concentrating on one model only. We also evaluated vendors' product innovation and ability to address trends we expect to see in the Web conferencing market."
