Hynes Industries Announces New Leadership Team; Names Four Vice Presidents
Consistent with New Strategic Plan, Hynes Reorganizes Company Reporting Structure
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Hynes Industries, a leading North American supplier and processor of steel and non-ferrous metals, recently announced four new leadership position changes. The company, which has been serving the metalworking industry for more than 85 years, has named four new vice presidents.
"Since I joined Hynes in January, we have launched a wide range of new projects and initiatives aimed at significant and continuous improvement in virtually all disciplines," said D.R. Golding, CEO and president of Hynes Industries. "The most critical component of our Strategic Plan has been pulling together this extremely talented leadership team."
Patrick A. Montana has been named Vice President - Operations, and will be responsible for the manufacturing functions of Hynes Industries as a whole. Previously he served as the General Manager of the Hynes Steel Products Division. Montana has been with Hynes for 27 years.
Michael G. Giambattista has been named Vice President - Marketing & Sales, and will assume the overall responsibility for Hynes' marketing and sales programs and staff. Giambattista previously worked as General Manager of the Roll Formed Products Division. He has been with Hynes for 25 years.
Richard S. Evans has been named Vice President - Materials, which he will manage across all product lines at Hynes. Previously, Evans worked as Director of Purchasing. He has been with the company for 25 years.
James R. Blair, Jr. has been named Vice President - Finance and Corporate Treasurer. Blair will be responsible for all things financial, IT and HR. His previous title was Corporate Controller. He joined Hynes Industries 4 years ago.
These changes come not long after William J. Bresnahan, president of Hynes Industries since 1989, assumed the title of Lead Director, when Golding took over as CEO and president. Golding's new leadership team has been put in place to accelerate the growth curve, drive organizational innovation and move Hynes to a new level of performance.
