Hitemco Southwest Named a "Whitford Recommended Coater"
November 2011, Houston, TX. Whitford, makers of the world's largest, most complete line of fluoropolymer coatings, has launched a recommended coater program to recognize companies who meet certain criteria set by Whitford. Among these qualifications are having a solid quality control system in place, knowledge of Whitford coatings and experience in applying them, and attendance at "Whitford University", one of Whitford's bi-annual training sessions. One of the newest members of the WRC program is Hitemco Southwest.
Hitemco Southwest provides Xylan application services for the automotive, defense, electronics, aerospace, food-processing, upstream oil and gas, medical-equipment, pharmaceuticalequipment, chemical-processing and oilfield-service industries. They have two locations in Houston, TX, and are known for their ability to handle parts over 50 feet long and weighing up to 70,000 pounds. Hitemco Southwest has been a Whitford customer since 1984.
