High Pressure Precision Back Pressure Regulator
The Equilibar EHP series is designed for precision back pressure control at high pressures, up to 10,000psi (690 Bar). The EHP was designed with the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) in mind and meets ASME B31.3 requirements. The EHP uses direct diaphragm sealing technology where the diaphragm is used to directly seal against multiple internal orifices. This technology allows the EHP to maintain the pressure precisely at set point over a wide range of flow rates. Media can be gas, liquid, or mixed gas and liquid phases. Port sizes of 1/16, 1/8, and 1/4 are available. Body materials are bar stock SS316L with Hastelloy C276 available as an option.
