Hendrickson Names Jerry Reynolds Director of North American Field Service


ITASCA, Ill. - Jerry Reynolds recently assumed duties as director of North American field service for Hendrickson.

Reynolds reports directly to Baine Adams, vice president of global sales and marketing, and is responsible for all field service activities and reports. All regional and national service managers report to Reynolds. For the past three years, he served as national service manager.

Reynolds came to Hendrickson from R.H. Sheppard Co. where he served for about nine years as the manager of field service. Prior to Sheppard, he was fleet maintenance manager for Advocate Services, a subsidiary of American Hardware Co.

He attended the University of Washington, Seattle, Wash., and Walsh University, North Canton, Ohio, with a concentration on business management. Reynolds spent 26 years in the U.S. Navy and Naval Reserves as a steam propulsion engineer.
