GSM Industrial Announces Leadership Changes


LANCASTER, PA. (February 21, 2011) - GSM Industrial, a leader in the fabrication and installation of custom industrial steel products, is pleased to announce leadership changes within the organization. Currently owned and operated by the Gooding and Towers families, the changes are an integral part of GSM Industrial's multi-year leadership transition strategy. For more than four decades GSM Industrial has provided industrial fabrication services across a number of industries including manufacturing, aggregates, construction, engineering, foundry/steel mill and food processing.

Brian Dombach has been named Executive Vice President and General Manager. An employee of GSM Industrial since 2009, Dombach previously led the Outside Sales and Business Development effort. Prior to joining GSM Industrial, Dombach spent 19 years in sales and marketing management, as well as serving as a business coach and consultant. A Lancaster resident, Dombach graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University.

Jeffrey Ream has been named Vice President, Fabrication Division. Hired in 1980, Lancaster County resident, Ream, most recently served as Vice President of Sales with GSM Industrial. In his new position, Ream leads and manages the fabrication and shop operations and is responsible for division profitability, goal setting and monitoring results.

John Kleinfelter has been named Vice President of the Field Services Division at GSM Industrial. Previously, Kleinfelter served as Field Account Rep and Project Engineer. With 20 years of mechanical contracting and fabrication experience, Kleinfelter will lead the Field Team while continuing to manage accounts and projects. A Lancaster resident, Kleinfelter is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
