GSE Systems Launches New Brand to Guide Future Growth in Energy and Process Industries

Sykesville, Md. – GSE Systems, Inc. (NYSE MKT: GVP), a global energy services solutions provider, unveiled its new global brand and logo, and announced several internal changes that support the new brand direction. The company also launched its new website, which incorporates the new brand’s visual elements.

“GSE’s new brand more accurately reflects the broad complement of products and services that we now offer our customers,” said Jim Eberle, the company’s CEO. “While our new brand offers a nod to our 40-year history, it points to GSE’s commitment to our global clients – to continuously improve quality and drive innovation in simulation, training and engineering. The brand also creates a unified global identity for all GSE employees, many of whom joined the company through acquisition.”

To further unify the organization, recently acquired companies TAS Engineering Consultants and EnVision Systems will both begin using the GSE Systems name exclusively. GSE will use the EnVision name as the trademark for the product lines obtained in the acquisition. The lines include e-learning tools, tutorials and universal simulations.

The elements of the new GSE brand include a contemporary logo in deep blue and yellow-gold with the tagline, “Imagine. Empower. Improve.” The company’s brand statement is:

GSE Systems is a next-generation simulation, training, and engineering services provider, applying a world of experience to help you achieve the performance you imagine.

“Our brand statement is a focal point for employees and a clear, concise explanation to customers, prospects and partners of just who we are,” said Eberle. “It is concrete but still forward-looking.”

In conjunction with its rebranding, GSE also launched its new website. The URL, however, remains unchanged: www.gses.com.
