Gorbel Introduces New Tool Solutions Product Line
Gorbel Inc. is please to introduce their new Tool Solutions Product Line, featuring jib cranes, trolleys, and a festoon saddle for applications that involve suspended tools.
Tool Solutions Jib
The new Tool Solutions jib is the latest addition to Gorbel's enclosed track work station jib product line. It was designed to be a smaller, lighter, and more cost effective solution for applications with suspended tools. It features a slim mast that allows it to be placed in small work spaces. Its light weight construction ensures that you're not getting more crane than you need for light duty applications, while still maintaining high performance jib standards.
The jib comes in two capacities: 50 lbs and 150 lbs. Both capacities are available in wall mounted or free standing designs. The 50 lb jib is available in spans from 4' to 10', while the 150 lb jib is available in spans from 4' to 12'. Both units come in 8' and 10' heights under boom (free standings units).
Tool Solutions Trolley and Saddle
Our Tool Solutions trolley and saddle were designed for applications that require festooning of cables and hoses. The smooth gliding trolley combined with the arched saddle creates a clean, efficient way to manage an application's cables and wires.
Effective cable management impacts both safety and efficiency. It can be a challenge to keep all the cables and wires out of an operator's way as they work with the many tools needed to complete their task. Gorbel's Tool Trolley and Saddle deliver adaptability without sacrificing productivity. The trolley has multiple bolt holes to accommodate different applications, and the rubberized saddle is capable of gripping multiple hoses. The saddle can also be mounted straight or at a 30-degree angle to suit different festoon stacking requirements without twisting.
