Gefran Appoints Brad Binder as Business Development Manager for North America, and Mike Benjamin as U.S. Northeast Regional Sales Manager

Winchester, MA, March 13, 2007 - - - Gefran, a manufacturer of sensors and automation components for machine automation and process control, announces that Brad Binder has joined the company as Business Development Manager for North America.
Mr. Binder will be responsible for growing industrial automation sales for the plastics and packaging markets, and will be working closely with Gefran's motion and components groups.
"The expansion of the automation sales team further strengthens our ability to meet the needs of our growing customer base," noted Bart Polizotto, Automation Sales Manager for Gefran. "Brad Binder's comprehensive understanding of industrial automation products and markets will greatly benefit Gefran, our sales network, OEMs and producers."
Before joining Gefran, Mr. Binder's responsibilities included various service and management positions at EPCO, Haitian and most recently Buckhorn Inc. Gefran's automation offering includes total machine control for injection, extrusion, blow molding and packaging machinery.
Gefran also announces Mike Benjamin has joined the Winchester, MA subsidiary as Northeast Regional Sales Manager. In this position, Mike will be responsible for managing all sales related activities in Gefran's Northeast U.S. territory within the components division. Mike has over 20 years experience in industrial sales, having worked for both product manufacturers and distribution firms.
