Freelin-Wade Selects New General Manager
Freelin-Wade’s parent company, Coilhose Pneumatics of East Brunswick, New Jersey, has named Scott Schwarm as General Manager of the West Coast Division, effective immediately. Freelin-Wade specializes in manufacturing plastic tubing and services their customers all around the world.
Marvin Aaron, President of Coilhose Pneumatics says, “I am delighted to formally announce Scott Schwarm’s promotion to General Manager of the Freelin-Wade division. Scott, who joined Freelin-Wade in 2001, has held roles of increasing authority since coming aboard, and most recently served as Freelin-Wade’s Sales/Operations Manager. Scott brings to bear a wide variety of skills and expertise, from a management role in sales and marketing, to a keen and experienced hands-on operational approach. As General Manager, Scott will oversee the operations of the Oregon division and will work closely with Coilhose to increase synergy across the organization as a whole.”
Mr. Schwarm succeeds Sherl Hill, who stepped down as leader of Freelin-Wade after 27 years, to pursue other adventures in retirement.
Freelin-Wade is North America’s largest independent manufacturer of plastic tubing and hoses. Founded in 1980, it now employs more than 100 people at a large manufacturing facility in McMinnville.
