Fred S. DeCusatis Joins Borton-Lawson as Chief Financial Officer
We are pleased to announce Mr. Fred S. DeCusatis, CPA, has joined Borton-Lawson as Chief
Financial Officer, working in the architecture/engineering firm's Wilkes-Barre headquarters. With
over 25 years of experience building and directing finance and business operations,
Mr. DeCusatis will
be an impactful addition to Borton-Lawson's staff.
Mr. DeCusatis is a seasoned financial executive whose expertise spans international borders. His skills
include collaboration, negotiation and relationship building with management at all levels. Mr.
DeCusatis has a substantial background in international operations, as well as acquisitions of
international and domestic companies. His experience includes cost and general accounting, product
costing, manufacturing, revenue/profit improvements and maximizing an organization's investment.
Prior to joining Borton-Lawson, Mr. DeCusatis was the International Controller for DeAngelo
Brothers Incorporated, Hazleton, PA. Prior to his employment with DeAngelo Brothers, he was Vice
President of Finance for Unison Engine Components and Unison Industries in Mountain Top, PA, a
subsidiary of the General Electric Company.
Mr. DeCusatis is a graduate of King's College. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of
the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Public
Accountants.
