Forum Systems Appoints Senior Executives for North American and European Sales

SALT LAKE CITY Feb 28:Forum Systems, the leader in SOA and Web Services security solutions, today announced that Greg Hudson has been appointed as Vice President of North American Sales and Jacques Declas has been promoted to the position of Vice President of European Sales.
Greg Hudson will be responsible for driving the strategy and growth of North American sales for Forum Systems. He will oversee all North American daily sales operations from the company's offices in Los Angeles.
In his new role, Jacques Declas will lead sales activities for the European market, including general management of Forum's UK business. Through this consolidated organizational structure, the management of separate country opportunities will be more efficient.
Greg brings over two decades of enterprise software sales experience within the networking and security sectors. Most recently Greg was Vice President of Government Sales at Forum Systems where he grew a multi-million dollar government business with numerous customer wins. Prior to joining Forum Systems, Greg served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Phobos Corporation where he was responsible for licensing, channel management, OEM and government sales which led to the acquisition of Phobos by SonicWall Inc. Previously, he spent over 12 years at Novell Inc., an industry pioneer in networking, where he spearheaded the company's dramatic growth. As VP of Worldwide Sales and Consulting Services, he built Novell's revenue in excess of $1.2 billion.
Jacques has over a decade of experience building both direct and indirect sales organizations in Europe. Jacques has sold enterprise software throughout Scandinavia, UK, Germany, Italy and Benelux. As Director of European Sales for Forum Systems, Jacques has established a multi-million dollar organization through direct and reseller channels within the telecommunication and financial sectors. Jacques will be responsible for key European partnerships including Software AG, SAP, Tibco and HP.
