FleetwoodGoldcoWyard Announces Changes to Regional Sales Team

ST. LOUIS - Feb. 6, 2007 - Ed Fuchs, Director of Regional Sales for FleetwoodGoldcoWyard, a leading producer of advanced conveyance technology and material handling equipment, has announced the following changes to the Regional Sales Team, including the addition of two new sales executives, effective February 1.

"FleetwoodGoldcoWyard has experienced tremendous growth in the last two years, and with
growth came opportunities in new industries," Fuchs said. "Last summer we realigned our salesforce and created defined teams dedicated to specific markets as well as regional territories. By focusing our efforts and recruiting talented new team members, we continue to enhance our ability to serve the needs of our customers."

Duane Cappo has joined FleetwoodGoldcoWyard as the Southwest Regional Sales Executive.
Cappo has more than 15 years of sales experience in the packaging industry with companies that include Imaji, Domino Amjet, Sealed Air and, most recently, Multivac, Inc. He is based out of his home in Blue Springs, Mo., and covers the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah and Arizona. Cappo earned his electronics engineering degree from DeVry Institute of Technology and is currently enrolled in the Keller School of Management master's program.

Karin Aronson has joined FleetwoodGoldcoWyard from Barry-Wehmiller Design Group, Inc., an independent engineering services firm within the consulting arm of Barry-Wehmiller Companies, Inc. Aronson has been a member of Design Group for the past two years after 10 years in engineering and operations with the Dial Corporation. As a project manager for Design Group, she served a number of key Barry-Wehmiller clients, including Dairy Farmers of America, PepsiCo, Unilever, Gerber, and Procter & Gamble. Aronson earned her mechanical engineering degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and received an MBA from the University of Missouri-St Louis.

She will take over as the Midwest Regional Sales Executive following the retirement of
Jim Stoeppler and will be based in St. Louis at the Barry-Wehmiller corporate office.

Jim Stoeppler will retire from FleetwoodGoldcoWyard at the end of March after nearly 40 years in the packaging industry. Stoeppler has been associated with Barry-Wehmiller Companies in some capacity for most of the past four decades as an employee of packaging equipment suppliers such as Simplimatic Engineering, St. Louis Packaging Systems and Van-Pak. He joined Goldco International, Inc. in August 2001, which was acquired by Barry-Wehmiller in April 2005 to create FleetwoodGoldcoWyard.

"Jim has been a vital part of the success of the Regional Sales Team since he joined the organization as a member of Goldco," Fuchs said. "His professionalism and dedication go unmatched." Stoeppler will continue to handle the day-to-day business for the Midwest Sales Territory through the end of February, and will begin the transition and training period with Karin Aronson in March.

Also on February 1, Tom Shedosky assumed the regional territory responsibilities for Chicago and Northern Illinois from Sales Manager Andy Moyden. Given the tremendous opportunities related to FleetwoodGoldcoWyard's core business and the focus required to best serve these key clients, Moyden will now concentrate his efforts within the container manufacturing sector. He will provide continued support during Shedosky's transition into his expanded role in this important region.
