Fleet Engineers Acquires Save-A-Load
MUSKEGON, Mich. –Â Fleet Engineers, Inc., a Muskegon, Mich.-based manufacturing and distribution company, today announced that it has acquired Charlotte, N.C.-based Save-A-Load, Inc., a manufacturer of cargo bars for tractor trailers and pick-up trucks.
In operation for more than 50 years, Fleet Engineers has built a solid reputation for producing quality truck and trailer products. The company designs, manufactures and distributes value-added product line solutions for aerodynamics, door systems and spray control, as well as truck and trailer parts and accessories for the trucking industry.
Since 1994, Save-A-Load, Inc. has been producing the Save-A-Load® Bar, the only hydraulic cargo bracing bar, which has been engineered to overcome the shortcomings of other types of load bars. It is designed to last longer, hold better and minimize the potential of trailer damage, while being the safest and easiest load bar to operate.
