First Source Worldwide Hires New CFO, Current CFO to COO
First Source Worldwide, LLC welcomes Chad Wisneski to the FSW team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Chad received his accounting and marketing degrees from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. He previously worked with Oshkosh Corporation for five years doing budgeting, forecasting, capital project costing and process improvement activities within the engineering, manufacturing, and information technology areas of the company. Chad also worked with Plexus for ten years in various positions including Controller, Finance Manager, Manufacturing Cost Manager and Materials Solution Manager. Chad comes to FSW with 15 years of experience in contract manufacturing and specialty truck manufacturing industries. His experience and knowledge in manufacturing, cost modeling and financial management will be a welcome addition to the FSW team.
Chad will report to Dale Clark, CEO/President of FSW. He will have responsibility for finance related activities of the company, including development and management of financial policies, systems and processes as well as related personnel.
Previous CFO, Carrie Clark, will become Chief Operation Officer (COO) with this addition. She will also retain her title as Sr. Vice President. As COO, Carrie will adopt additional responsibilities in the senior leadership team. Carrie will be active in maintaining stable corporate organization and monitoring management development. She will develop and implement plans to promote effective communication and information flow within FSW. She will also guide and direct the management of development, production, finances, and promotion of First Source Worldwide, LLC’s products and services. Policies will be consistent with CEO/President’s broad plans, and she will periodically manage evaluations of overall operations ensuring FSW is meeting their goals and objectives.
Carrie has worked with FSW for 13 years as Sr. Vice President. She graduated with an accounting degree from Marquette University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Carrie is excited for the change, as it will allow for better allocation of responsibility within management and be more effective for the corporate team.
