Fiberlock Technologies, Inc. Acquires Dry-Treat


ANDOVER, Mass. – Fiberlock Technologies, the USA's leading manufacturer of products used to address environmental, safety and health hazards has acquired Dry-Treat, an Australian based world technology leader in the protection and maintenance of porous building materials.



Started in 1991, Dry-Treat is renowned for their cutting edge impregnating sealers that protect hundreds of thousands of homes as well as numerous commercial and industrial building structures in more than 35 countries. Iconic properties treated with Dry-Treat impregnators include the Sydney Opera House, Dallas Cowboy's stadium and Highway 8 in Hong Kong.



Fiberlock is one of California Products Corporation's growing suite of complementary surface protection companies, which include California Paints, founded in 1926 and the world's three leading sports surface manufacturers, Decoturf, Plexipave and Rebound Ace.
