Products entered in this prestigious program are judged by a preeminent panel of independent industrial designers, independent engineers and members of the trade media to honor outstanding design and engineering in cutting edge consumer electronics products across 28 product categories.
As the first consumer accessible iris authentication product available at retail, myris enables the use of best practices for password protocols and diminishes vulnerabilities associated with password breaches and security issues facing consumers. This honor caps off a strong year for EyeLock's myris™, which also took home accolades such as Mashable's 'Best of CES 2014', the 2014 Red Dot: Product Design award and Popular Science's 'Best of What's New' distinction.

It will also be displayed alongside the other honorees at CES Unveiled New York, which features dozens of exhibitors and networking opportunities, and runs 4:30-7:30 PM November 11 at the Metropolitan Pavilion, New York. CES Innovation honorees are determined by their engineering, aesthetic and design qualities, intended use/function and user value and how the design and innovation of the product directly compares to other products in the marketplace and unique/novel features present.
