European Utility Week 2014: Sagemcom Demonstrates Its Know-How on All the Multi-Energy Smart Meters Technologies

RUEIL MALMAISON, France – Unmissable Event in the Smart Grid World, European Utility Week will be the place for Sagemcom to Showcase its know-how on all the Multi-energy Smart Meters Technologies and to Present its Lastest Success.
By earning key smart meters tenders in 2014, especially in France - its domestic market, Sagemcom makes its mark on this year.
Sagemcom was indeed chosen by ErDF to provide nearly 1 million Linky products, which will have to be deployed by 2017. Sagemcom is the only actor to be present on the entire G3 smart meters chain, a technology with a strong export potential. Sagemcom is also established in other key markets in Europe, such as Spain, Poland and Germany. That makes Sagemcom the European leader of the smart meter industry.
In April 2014, Sagemcom was also selected by GrDF for the supply of more than 5 million Gazpar meters, radio modules and concentrators. Sagemcom will become one of the main suppliers of equipment for end-to-end gas metering solutions in France.
With markets earned in gas and electricity, Sagemcom is positioned on multi-energy, and has improved its expertise, its technological advance and its know-how on all the multi-energy smart meters industries, from PLC to radio technologies.
In June 2014, Sagemcom also received ISO 27001 certification, 2013 edition, for its smart meters and all support services. ISO 2007 is the first international standard for information security management systems.
A major player of the smart meters industry, Sagemcom, with Dr.Neuhaus and Froschl, will showcase the whole of its product range and some of its success during European Utility Week, Hall 1, booth 10.
