Eriez® 5-Star Service® Announces the Availability of Downloadable IOMs
Erie, PA - Eriez®, through its 5-Star Service® division, offers downloadable Installation, Operations and Maintenance Manuals (IOMs) for more than 15 product lines. These manuals can be downloaded in PDF format from http://service.eriez.com/Service/Index/Downloadeioms.
"The availability of these downloadable manuals puts all the information customers need on how to install, operate and maintain their valuable Eriez processing equipment right at their fingertips," says Dave Hansen, Eriez Customer Service Manager. Many of the IOMs include a troubleshooting section and parts lists, depending on the type of Eriez equipment.
Downloadable IOMs are available for an array of Eriez equipment, including; chip and parts conveyors; coolant cleaners; lift magnets; magnetic drum separators; magnetic grates, plates and traps; roll separators; magnetic pulleys; magnetic rails; magnetic separators; magnetic sweepers; metal detectors; palletizers/depalletizers; suspended magnets; vibratory equipment and a variety of other miscellaneous Eriez equipment.
Eriez 5-Star Service division and the 5-Star Service Center were recently re-located to the company's new 114,000 square foot Wager Road facility in Erie, PA. The Eriez 5-Star Service Center is completely equipped to remanufacture even the most complex systems. The fully staffed service center employs trained technicians, and the machining, fabricating and welding capabilities necessary to rebuild all Eriez equipment. Once remanufactured, all Eriez equipment leaves the service center with an "as new" warranty.
