Endevco Appoints Alan Manara as New Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Endevco Corporation, the leader in sensing solutions for demanding vibration, shock and pressure applications, has announced the appointment of Alan Manara to the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Manara will be responsible for managing Endevco's strategic and tactical relationships with the the company's current and potential customer base to bring "the voice of the customer" to Endevco. He will also work collaboratively with the other Meggitt Sensing Systems division's operating companies in leading a study to determine the optimum distribution and sales channels available for the group's product lines with the objective of cultivating new business development and product application opportunities.
Most recently, Manara served as Director of Business Development for TT Electronics, a United Kingdom-based company providing a wide range of electrical and electronic products to the automotive, electronics, computer and general industrial markets. Manara led the company's efforts in business and product engineering of sensors and sensor systems for a variety of industries with a global customer base. He earned a Master's degree from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, Master's degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from The University of Texas, and Bachelor's degrees in electrical and mechanical engineering from Mexico's Durango Institute of Technology.
