Elliott Joins EMS Group as Director of Strategic Planning

Houston, TX - June 26, 2007 - Officials at EMS Group; recognized as one of the largest providers of pipeline operations & maintenance in the United States services, today announced that Ms. Teri Elliott will be joining the firm as Director of Strategic Planning. In this newly created position, she will be responsible for the development and coordination of strategy for new business development, service expansions, and strategic acquisitions.

Prior to joining EMS Group, Ms. Elliott served as Director of Marketing Communications, Membership and Program Services for NACE, International, a professional technical association of more than 17,000 members, where she managed a staff of 25 employees across six departments and was responsible for membership, strategic planning, educational program support, and sales. Previously, Ms. Elliott directed a strategic planning team for the Baker Petrolite Corporation in which she managed a worldwide strategic planning project.
