ELFA Announces 2016 Business and Professional Development Lineup
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Members of the equipment leasing and finance industry will have multiple opportunities to network and engage in business and professional development this year. The Equipment Leasing and Finance Association has released its 2016 calendar of events, which includes face-to-face conferences and workshops and web-based programs. Continuing education credits are available for many of the offerings.
Details about the 2016 lineup are included in the Schedule of Conferences, Workshops and e-Learning Opportunities. In addition, the ELFA Online Events Calendar provides the latest programming information, and will include new web seminars or conferences that are added to the schedule throughout the year. Registration is already open for a number of upcoming events.

New for 2016: Lease Accounting Resources
A new lease accounting standard is expected this month. To help members prepare, the association is planning a number of initiatives to educate stakeholders about the new rules. Activities in 2016 will include a free web seminar, a one-day workshop, customized in-house training and more. Watch for more information on upcoming initiatives on ELFA’s Lease Accounting webpage in January.
