Simply by logging into the Customer Portal, users can view all orders online and get up-to-the-second information on the status of the orders as well as complete shipping information and quality certifications of conformance.

Utilizing a sophisticated bar coding system, Electro-Spec provides customers with real time information from the time parts are received until the minute they are shipped back. For each order, the information on the Customer Portal includes part numbers, order quantities, shipped/remaining quantities, order dates, due dates, and order status. If an item is expedited, it will appear on the report with a red line status that indicates that it has been prioritized in the system and facility. If an item has shipped, detailed tracking information is available from the shippers, including UPS, FEDEX, Airborne, DHL, as well as many other services.
