EGS Production Machining Announces the Addition of a New A32 Citizen Swiss Machine

Irving, TX (6/16/17) - EGS is a precision Swiss CNC machine shop located in Irving, Texas. They have been in business since 1980 and are an ISO 9001:2008 registered company. In addition to close-tolerance Swiss turning, they also offer conventional and multi-axis CNC machining, milling and mechanical sub-assembly.
Their 9 Swiss CNC machines are of the latest technology and routinely hold tolerances of +/- .0001". These machines have barstock capacity up to 1.250" diameter (32 millimeter). Additionally, they have 4 multi-axis CNC bar machines with bar capacity to 2.50" diameter for larger, complex parts. Their equipment and expertise is best suited for stainless steels and nickel based super alloys such as Hastelloy, Monel, Super Duplex & Inconel materials.
