Ecolab Expands Its Dairy Hygiene Business in Ireland
ST. PAUL, Minn., Dec 04, 2007 -- Ecolab Inc. announced it has purchased the Irish dairy hygiene business from Novartis Animal Health Ireland Limited. The business, which has annual sales of approximately $3 million, will be integrated into the existing Ecolab Food & Beverage business in Ireland. No further details regarding the transaction were announced.
