MIS CEO Lisa Levsen Corbett to Join eSkye as VP Winery Product Sales
GLEN ELLEN, Calif., March 26 / -- eSkye Solutions, Inc., the leading provider of software applications and services for the global beverage alcohol industry, today announced agreement to acquire Modular Information Systems (MIS) based in San Ramon, CA. MIS develops, markets and supports the Vintners Advantage winery management software that provides a comprehensive enterprise wide solution for wineries to run their entire businesses. MIS has end-to-end solutions including vineyard and harvest management, wine production, manufacturing finished goods, accounting, sales & distribution, tasting room and winery club applications.
