Glens Falls, NY — Locally owned Miller Mechanical Services, Inc. announced today that it has purchased in alliance with Doty Machine Works, Inc. of Fort Edward, NY. effective September 17, 2014. After the passing of Doty’s owner, Bob Kearns earlier this year, Bonnie Kearns agreed on the sale of the company.  Â

These two companies have completed business projects together for over 20 years and Miller Mechanical officials expect this relationship to be beneficial to both business entities.
