Delpho Promoted to Director of Manufacturing at A&B Process Systems
A&B Process Systems would like to announce recent personnel changes. Tony Delpho, of Marshfield, has been promoted to Director of Manufacturing.
Delpho has been with A&B Process Systems for nine and half years where he has held positions as a fabricator, quality controls and most recently as plant manager. As director of manufacturing, Delpho will oversee operations for A&B's five manufacturing facilities as well as the newest facility once it's completed in mid-October.
"One of our primary goals is to develop internal processes and standardize operating procedures. This will help A&B with the proper flow starting from the engineering/design phases up to the fabrication of the final produce," said Delpho.
Residing in Marshfield, Delpho and his family have also owned and operated Hawaiian Tanning Studios for the past 13 years. Thru his past experience in the dairy and stainless steel industry as well as being a small business owner, Delpho is confident he can bring a lot to A&B through his new position. "It opens new doors and opportunities for not only myself but for the future growth of A&B Process Systems," Delpho said.
